Recent Changes to R317-10 that became effective October 26, 2011

Beginning July 1, 2009, the Division is required to verify the lawful presence in the United States of an individual at least 18 years of age who has applied for Wastewater Operator certification. A Citizenship/Alien ID Certification form is available that must be completed, notarized, and submitted to the Division along with a copy of photo identification.
Changes to wastewater operator certification fees. New Certification Fees were approved by the legislature and went into effect July 1, 2009. Certification fees are shown on the Application Form page.
