OFFERED BY THE UTAH DIVISION OF WATER QUALITY
Exams may be taken on only one of the two dates - either February 29, 2008 at the Rural Water Association of Utah Annual Conference in St. George, OR on April 18, 2008 at one of the other three locations (Ogden, Price or Utah Valley State College/University in Orem). Note: If there is enough demand, an April exam may be scheduled for the southern part of the state. Please contact us BEFORE submitting your application, if you wish be considered for the alternate location in April.
February 29, 2008 - 8:00 a.m., Dixie Center Entrada ABC, St. George, Utah.
Applications must be received at the Division of Water Quality office by 5:00 p.m. on February 1, 2008. This is a separate application & fee from the RWAU conference registration.
April 18, 2008 - 1:00 p.m., at one of the three other locations in the state: Ogden, Price, or Utah Valley State College in Orem. Applications must be received at the Division of Water Quality office by 5:00 p.m. on March 21, 2008. There will NOT be a seminar at UVSC prior to the exam.

Note: No exam application forms or confirmation letters are being mailed unless specifically requested. The exam rosters for each location will be posted on our website under "Am I registered?" as soon as the applications are processed. Check the rosters listed on this web site to be certain that you are scheduled for the specific type of exam and location you requested.
COST:
$35.00 per exam - make checks payable to the "Division of Water Quality." (Full refund up to the deadline - after the deadline, no refunds can be given)

The Fall 2008 wastewater exams are scheduled for November 14, 2008, with applications due by October 17, 2008.
